The amendment
was published as
Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1808,
which amends Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1698.

GPSD covers
products for which there is no specific legislation. It therefore complements
directives for cosmetics, electrical and electronic equipment, and toys. It
does not cover food, medical devices or pharmaceuticals, for which separate
pieces of legislation exist.

Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1808 came
into effect on December 1, 2020, as it was published in the OJEU.
