US CPSC Publishes Final Rule for Implementation of eFiling of Certificates of Compliance

SGS, the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company, has published SafeGuardS 189.24, highlighting the US Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) approval of its final rule on the implementation of electronic filing (eFiling) of certificates of compliance (CoC) for regulated consumer products. The new rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan 8, 2025.
