The European Union (EU) has published an ‘Adaptation to Technical Progress’ (ATP) that will amend Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 on the Classification, Labeling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP Regulation). Published on August 11, 2020, Regulation (EU) 2020/1182 amends the CLP Regulation by changing the list of chemicals falling under the scope of Annex VI.
